Pure performance · $0 until an appointment shows
Revenue Rescue AI™ · The Recovery

Your aged leads are your cheapest pipeline. We work them — and you pay per appointment that shows.

Every shop that's bought leads for a few years is sitting on thousands of contacts that were paid for, worked once, and shelved. Our AI re-engages them in natural conversation, handles the objections, and books qualified appointments onto your agents' calendars. No setup fee. No monthly fee. No per-message fee. You pay when a person walks in or picks up for a booked appointment — and not before.

    Start With the 1,000-Lead Pilot

Works from a CSV export or direct CRM integration · Full conversation transcripts on every lead

    The Pilot, Step by Step

1,000 of your dead leads. Thirty days. You count.

The pilot exists so you never have to take our word for anything. It runs on leads you've already written off — so the downside is a CSV export, and the upside is found revenue.

    STEP 01

    Hand us the graveyard

Export 1,000 aged leads to CSV, or connect the CRM directly. We scrub for consent validity and dedupe before a single message sends.

    STEP 02

    The AI goes to work

Natural SMS conversations — re-opening the topic, answering questions, handling "I already got covered" and "who is this?" with grace, not scripts.

    STEP 03

    Appointments land on calendars

Qualified, interested contacts get booked straight onto your agents' calendars with the full transcript attached. Your humans close.

    STEP 04

    You count, then decide

At day 30 you have a number: kept appointments from leads you'd valued at zero. Then we talk about the other 99,000 — or we don't, and you've lost nothing.

    Run Your Own Numbers

    What's the graveyard actually worth?

Drag the sliders. The 2–4% rebook range is the conservative band we underwrite to — your pilot is measured against it.

    Recovered Appointments (2–4% rebook)
    1,000 – 2,000
    Recoverable Revenue
    $280,000 – $560,000
Acquisition cost on these leads: $0 — you already paid for them.
    Watch It Work

The graveyard, coming back to life.

This is the view your team gets during a pilot: aged leads moving from dead to appointment booked, one conversation at a time, with every exchange logged and readable.

You read the transcripts. You see exactly how the AI re-opened a 700-day-old conversation, what the person said, and how the booking happened. No black box — receipts on every resurrection.

    REVENUE RESCUE AI™ · ENGAGING…
    The Terms

    Pay-per-show, in writing.

The Revenue Rescue agreement says exactly this:

    • You pay per appointment that shows. Not per message sent, not per lead touched, not per month the system runs. A booked appointment that no-shows costs you nothing.
    • $0 setup, $0 platform, $0 minimums. If the AI raises nothing from your database, you owe nothing and you've learned something real about your data.
    • Your data stays yours. Leads are processed solely to re-engage them on your behalf — never resold, never added to our supply, never marketed to for anyone else.
    • Consent-checked before sending. We scrub the file against consent validity and suppression requirements before the first message — recovery that creates a TCPA problem isn't recovery.
    • Full transcripts, always. Every conversation is logged and readable by your team. The show count is auditable against the calendar, not our invoice.
    Database Qualification

What makes a graveyard worth mining.

Not every database performs. We'd rather tell you that at the review than learn it together on your invoice — pay-per-show means a bad-fit database costs us, too.

    Strong recovery candidates

    • 5,000+ aged leads with valid mobile numbers
    • Leads originally generated with documented consent (purchased leads, inbound form fills, quote requests)
    • Aged 60 days to ~3 years — old enough to be shelved, recent enough to remember the topic
    • A floor that can actually take the appointments the AI books

    We'll decline these honestly

    • Scraped, purchased-list, or consent-less data — we won't message it, at any price
    • Databases under ~2,000 contacts (the math doesn't clear for either of us)
    • Leads for products you no longer sell or can't service in those states
    • DNC-saturated files that fail the pre-send scrub
    Straight Answers

What buyers ask about the recovery.

A flat per-show rate quoted at your allocation review, based on your vertical and average deal value — sized so a single close pays for many appointments. The structure never changes: no shows, no invoice.

The incentive is built backwards from that: we're paid on shows, not bookings — a calendar full of no-shows pays us nothing and burns our pilot. Every booking also carries its full transcript, so your team sees exactly how qualified the conversation was before the appointment ever happens.

Not at all, and that's the point. Revenue Rescue runs on leads you've already bought and written off. It doesn't touch your vendor commitments, your ad budget, or your current pipeline — it's a second harvest from money you already spent.

Only when it's done right, which is why the consent scrub happens before anything sends: we verify consent records, honor revocations and DNC status, run on properly registered messaging channels, and include opt-out handling in every thread. Files that can't be messaged compliantly get declined — in writing.

Days, not weeks. The CSV path needs no integration at all: export, scrub, launch. Direct CRM connection adds a short setup, and either way you're reading the first transcripts inside the first week.

The goldmine isn't your next campaign. It's your last one.

Start with 1,000 leads you've already written off. You count the kept appointments. Then we talk about the rest.
