UnlockLeads.io is a website operated by Go2Brand LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Go2Brand," "we," "us," or "our"). Go2Brand LLC provides exclusive insurance lead supply, AI-powered lead follow-up coverage, and aged-lead reactivation services to licensed insurance sales organizations in the United States.
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it. We may update this policy from time to time - the "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revised policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
This policy applies only to information collected through unlockleads.io and through Go2Brand's services. It does not apply to third-party websites we may link to.

When you submit an application through unlockleads.io, you consent to being contacted by Go2Brand LLC via telephone, email, and SMS in connection with your allocation review and any services you request. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing privacy@unlockleads.io or clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Opting out of marketing does not affect communications related to active service agreements.
Information you provide directly: When you submit an application, we collect your full name, company name, work email address, direct mobile number, and role or title. We also collect business information through the application questions: your monthly lead spend, licensed agent count, CRM database size, and states of operation.
If you contact us by email, we collect the information contained in that correspondence.
Information collected automatically: When you browse unlockleads.io, we automatically collect standard technical data including your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URL, and session duration. This is collected through cookies and the analytics tools described below.

Consent: When you submit an application, you consent to being contacted by Go2Brand LLC in connection with that application and the services you've requested. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting privacy@unlockleads.io. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.
Contract: Where you have entered into a service agreement with us, we process your information as necessary to fulfill our obligations under that agreement.
Legitimate interest: We have a legitimate interest in processing inquiry and application data to operate our business, improve our services, and prevent fraud.
Our lead generation services operate on a strict one-to-one TCPA consent model in compliance with FCC rules effective January 2025. Consumer leads generated through our owned consumer brands are obtained with explicit, individually documented consent naming a single buyer as the permitted contact.
Every lead order includes a consent record containing: the exact consent language displayed to the consumer at opt-in; the source URL; the consumer's IP address; the date and timestamp of consent; and the OTP verification timestamp confirming the consumer's phone number.
If you are a lead buyer, you are solely responsible for: maintaining and honoring all consent records delivered with your orders; scrubbing leads against your internal do-not-call lists before dialing; and complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable federal and state laws governing outbound communications.

We use third-party tools for email communications, analytics, and CRM operations. All service providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have.
Mobile Messaging Opt-In Data: Notwithstanding any other provision in this Privacy Policy, mobile telephone numbers collected for the purpose of SMS text messaging communications will not be shared with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
We retain application data for as long as necessary to evaluate your allocation request and maintain our business relationship. For any engagement that results in a signed service agreement, we retain relevant records for a minimum of three years following the end of that relationship for compliance and dispute-resolution purposes. We retain opt-out records indefinitely to honor your preferences. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@unlockleads.io — we will respond within 30 days.
